Sushila’s day consists of miracles, magic, and a bit of mayhem; she’s become masterful at bridging the everyday with the etheric. Sushila loves animals, babies, and chocolate (though not necessarily in that order), rivaled only by her passion for Women’s Spiritual Studies and Integration. Her foundational tenet is the “Ripple & Knot” theory: the smallest of intention-seeds can have lasting, wide-reaching effects; yet, to truly harness your magic, those seeds must be firmly rooted in this reality. Sushila’s mission is to inspire her students to unabashedly empower themselves. She has dedicated over 20 years of her life to the study, cultivation, and practical application of the esoteric and mystical. With a panache for teaching, Sushila finds great joy in sharing the wisdom she’s acquired with her students. Whether it’s workshops or one on one; adults, adolescents, or small children; delving into tarot, reiki, or spell-weaving, she finds creative ways to deliver nuanced concepts in a comprehensive, relevant manner. Sushila is an ordained High Priestess with formal spiritual trainings and transmissions in Kashmir Shaivism, Tantrayana (Vajrayana) Buddhism, Sufism, and Dianic Pagan traditions; less structured trainings in eclectic Wicca, Conjure, neo-paganism and Abrahamic religions; and certified/ practical training in Traditional Usui Reiki (receiving lineage transmission and the title Master Teacher from Sensei Lauralea Adkins), Indra Devi Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breath work), meditation, Pantajali’s Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, dance, reflexology, aromatherapy, holistic skin care, and Ayurveda Face Rejuvenation. She is a former labor and delivery doula, and Ayurveda Post Partum doula; specializing in nutrition and pancha karma therapies for both mother and infant.
